I have a magazine size issue of "Frazetta No.1". It was published in 1969 by Attezarf (who I never heard of). It looks like it may be a "fanzine" and appears to be endorsed by Frazetta. Does anybody know anything about it?

google is your friend 
this is commonly known as a fanzine as you guessed. seems there are 2 #1 issues from 1969, and various others later on. 2nd one shows up more often on google and 'that' auction site search, but they call both 'rare', but seems to be multiples available, although 1 dealer has listings at multiple sites. search for 'Frazetta 1 fanzine' and paw thru the results. or just Frazetta fanzine. It isn't listed here, and Heritage Auct. says 'not listed in Overstreet'. Prices are all over the place, so no good consensus for value from what I saw.
