I've just started adding my collection on here and I have a bunch of different comics that are not on the lists, 2 of which are Batman/Superman 2019 issues. I'm [retty sure i'm looking in the right areas. Is it possible they might just not be in the database? And if they aren't, is there a way to add them?

you have to put a space between the words and the slash mark, a la Batman / Superman, don't ask me why. It should come up either way, but doesn't, but they could fix that and it's been mentioned before.
the 2019 series is here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman-superman/pkspnx . you can also find it using just 'batman superman' and scrolling the results. removing punctuation is one of the tips to find titles that have slashes, colons, question marks, ellipses etc. Makes you paw thru more results, but usually they'll come up.
