There are a few Batman # 121 comics from 2024 that are titled "Facsimilie Edition" that aren't facsimilies of anything, but rather original variant covers.
I am not sure why they are titled this way; very confusing.
A couple examples...

Have you looked inside at the indicia? Everyone lists this as a facsimile edition, so I'm thinking that's what DC calls it inside. It's a reprint of Vol 1 #121, 1st app. of Mr Freeze. Naturally most other facsimiles use the original cover too (I don't know if that's under the outer cover?), but not this time. If DC calls it a facsimile inside, that's what CPG goes by.

Curious... yeah, that's what CGC calls them too, so not sure why everybody lists it as a facsimile when it's actually just a reprint without the original cover. They did do a foil one at the same time with the original cover too, so maybe since these others are variants of that, they're included with the actual Facsimile edition listings to make it more connected and easier for categorization.
