It is indeed a reprint of Batman # 121 (Volume 1) inside, but indicia says:
Carnivore Comics Batman 121 Special Edition March 2024

yeah, that's what CGC calls them too, so not sure why everybody lists it as a facsimile when it's actually just a reprint without the original cover.
