For "Invincible Universe: Battle Beast" #1, blind bag is listed as a variant. I believe this is incorrect as the comic inside varied. Is the listed value the same for the "Marvel Team-Up" or "Invincible" reprints as the various "Battle Beast" covers that came inside? This couldnt be as the various covers are already valued separately.
If you were to tell me the listed value is for a blind bag as is I can understand, but is condition based on bag or comic inside? If based on comic inside we go to the afore mentioned comment.
One thing that is definitely wrong is there CAN NOT be a graded value. The comic would be removed from the bag to grade it and would be valued on the comic inside and no longer "blind bag."

I totally agree as stated in the part 1 post that the blind bag should be valued as priced, and separately priced as to what is inside.
If the title is the same for the blind bag comic, it should be listed as a variant, denoted as BB for blind bag, plus a variant letter. For instance with the upcoming Batman #1 blind bag which will contain foil versions of the regular covers, foil version would be BB-A for the A cover, etc.

My only opinion is that this has been an ongoing "thing". I see bagged variants listed with the polybag and prices separately sometimes, sometimes it's just what's inside that's listed and priced. I'm unsure what the official stance is.

The Monsters #8 Cover A blind bag is going to have 75 different covers. From A1 - A75, a database nightmare for sure?
