If the title is the same for the blind bag comic, it should be listed as a variant, denoted as BB for blind bag, plus a variant letter. If you were to tell me the listed value is for a blind bag as is I can understand, but is condition based on bag or comic inside? If based on comic inside we go to the afore mentioned comment.

One thing that is definitely wrong is there CAN NOT be a graded value. The comic would be removed from the bag to grade it and would be valued on the comic inside and no longer "blind bag."
