This is not graded and I am not a comic book guy, just lucked into a bunch of them. This is complete and the cover is attached although not very well as it is tearing at the staples some. There are a few small tears,one about an inch long. The pages seem off white to me and not brittle. The original owner wrote his name on the cover.
