In his first appearance, he was vandalizing art galleries for an unnamed boss. Initially, he escaped from pursuing cops by hiding his motorcycle in his van.
After being tailed by Hawkeye he was eventually caught, despite allowing his motorcycle to be destroyed as a diversion. He was later one of the many criminals trying to get the bounty placed on Hawkeye's shooting arm by Crossfire.
