Arc Light was a rap singer who with his songs and his improvisations protested against the US government for its laws considered not egalitarian and as the end of his performance he burned the flag of the USA. The Punisher intervened before he was lynched by a group of people in Iowa after burning the flag. Not content with this, the people turned to an influential man in the area telling him about the flag burner, and being a white supremacist he created a posse to chase him. Meanwhile, the Punisher, still protecting Arc Light, discovered that the influential man was also the main producer and trafficker of meta-amphetamines of the place, so he hunted him and his men by eliminating him and showing in fact what person he was with whom they had turned to eliminate Arc Light.
