How to batch upload to 'My Comic Collection'

newbie here. Maybe I'm missing something very, very obvious but...How do I upload my collection to 'My Collection'? I have all my issues in an excel sheet with titles and issue #s. Please don't tell me I have to search each one out individually to upload!

Is it possible to change the default grade on the 'Changes' graph for an issue, to some other like e.g. "Graded 6.0 Changes"? |
