Howard the duck comic but don't know value

Hi so I have a Howard the duck issue 3 and when I went to find the value on the price guide none were like mine. The cover price is 25 cents and where it says " marvel comics group" the background of it was green instead of yellow.. Can anyone give me a accurate value of this.. Thanks |
