The actual cover for the regular version of #1 doesn't show up at all. The CPG database for this series jumps from #43 to #45, but the issue that is listed as #45 (one main cover plus two variant covers) is actually #44. The correct issue number is visible in the cover scans that are already in the database for those three books.
