Carrying Cover and Pieta Covers

I can think of two fairly recent covers but one is a variant and the other is a second printing.
The first is the Clayton Crain Pieta variant of Amazing Spider-Man #538
where Peter is on his knees holding Aunt May who has just been shot by a
Kingpin goon who was aiming for Peter.
The second is the 2nd printing of Final Crisis #6 which is a sketch of Doug
Mahnke's last page illustration where Superman is carrying Batman's body
who had presumedly been killed by Darkseid.
