I am really touched by your kind words
As I get older I am getting so much sadness as friends and childhood acquaintances get ill or pass to the next realm.
so hearing appreciation is really heartfelt
as I have said I have a long term day job that can be a challenge
so spending time sorting and analyzing comics-or stamps -or art -is a great source of pleasure
I know that when I come to sell my comics the good ones will be bid up
but the bulk will be hard to sell
But for me that is not important
Finding the allusive issue I am missing-even if not graded-lacking a cover -who cares
I even cherish some covers I own without comics attached-
they are very old-
very rare-
great art-
all fine by me
I like trying to get hard to find stuff-even if no one else wants them
and making a full run of stamps or comics is a delight for me
so to all my friends out there
thanks so much

What I see now is a classic buying opportunity. Just about every SA/BA title has retreated to pre-covid levels.
Naturally, one would think more buying should begin to occur soon which would increase valuations across the board. Time will tell.
