The Batman Incorporated you have in the database labeled as Volume 1 is actually Volume 2.

That means the Batman Incorporated Volume 1 is missing

The first volume was titled Batman Inc., not Batman Incorporated. The next volume was titled Batman Incorporated. We list each title as volume one because the titles are different.

He said it's titled "Batman Inc." not "Batman Incorporated". If you search for "Batman Incorporated" the 8 issue series titled "Batman Inc." will not show in the results.
If this was done properly, "Batman Inc." would only go up to #4.
#'s 5-8 of the same series would be "Batman Incorporated"
The 2nd series would be Vol. 2.
