Hi,
Recently came into this
Harley Quinn Special -Lootchest Variant Cover Edition from DC / Panini Germany
(Deutschland). Cover Price is 3.99 Euros.
Did a search in your
system and the only thing I found was from the original DC version, Harley
Quinn V2, 2014-16, #1A the Adam Hughes variant cover.
Any information or updates on this version will be greatly appreciated.

I've added this title to the database. You'll find it at this link... http://comicspriceguide.com/titles/harley-quinn-special/xorul. If you want to upload your cover, you will have to increase the size of it... at least double the size. It was too small for me to upload.
I found several copies of the variant on the German version of eBay. They have sold anywhere from 6 euros to 40 euros.
