I'm new to this, so forgive me if I am posting something that is not an issue. 
I have a No.1 copy of The Man of Steel that looks different than the ones you have listed. They look very similar, but in the bottom left corner mine does not have a UPC code it says "Batman fights Swamp Thing in Swamp Thing #53", and in the upper right corner, mine does not say 75 Cents with NO.1 underneath it... mine says "NO.1", under that "75 cents" (cents sign - cant find that) and under that "CAN $1.00" and under that "U.K. 40p".
So, just a couple of differences that I'm not sure make a difference. But, just thought I should make sure.
I can post a picture if needed.
