Also Harley Quinn vol 2. has two Harley Quinn Rebirth variants on there.
Harley Quinn #1 H - Guillem cover
Harley Quinn #1 L - Artgerm cover
They should be in vol. 3 - Harley Quinn Rebirth

That cover is NYCC 2016 foil variant by Jim Lee.

Covers have been moved to the correct title. Although other sources stated that the NYCC 2016 Foil Cover was by Amanda Conner, upon further examination of the cover, I agree that Amanda Conner was not the artist. I agree that Jim Lee did the cover and have changed the comment accordingly.
