The title, Batman & Spider-Man, is currently mislabeled as Batman: Spider-Man which makes the book hard to find.

I do not have this book and my LCS does not have it as well so I was unable to verify the title with the book's indicia. I have changed the title to Batman / Spider-Man, which other databases have used as their title. If the title in the indicia is different (not the cover), let me know and I will change it to reflect the indicia's version.
