I have been attempting to download my collection of Marvel comics to put them in my new comic cases but it has been running now for 18 hours attempting to create the spreadsheet without success. Am I doing something wrong?
FYI: There are 10,000+ comics in the collection.

I had this same problem years ago. I discovered that you have to be a gold member in order to download the Excel Spreadsheet of your collection. My collection is currently more than 6 thousand and I able to download it with no problem. Hope this helps.

Download has been broken off & on since April. If this is not fixed by the end of this year I will be canceling my annual renewal in January!

I am in fact a gold member. I have let the download run for close to two weeks, being uninterrupted on this computer. It has not completed in that time.
On another computer I was able to download a spreadsheet with 100 comics in it.
Please just email me a spreadsheet with my comics.

Shawn,
I just downloaded my Boom! collection of 604 books. It took four minutes, which is a lot
faster before. However, I think I will hold off awhile attempting my DC collection, which
is over 7500 books.

For those curious, we changed the process so that when you request a file, it goes into a server queue that processes in order. This may lead to INCREASED download times, but will remove instances where your download gets cancelled because server resources are too high. It should always message you when your file download is done, so you don't need to actively wait for it anymore.

Download appears to be broken again. When I open the download message and click on the link to download the file a blank webpage appears and no download occurs.

I remember years ago there use to be an option to download everything in one spreadsheet instead of individual spreadsheets for each company. My question is there a way that you can do that now?
