When searching: "&" and "and" should be synonyms..

When searching: "&" and "and" should be synonyms..

I'm SLOWLY learning these issues with the search process... Like NEVER use an apostrophe and some other undocumented "features" of search. I guess I would expect things to work a certain way. I shouldn't have to THINK too much when searching for items. I'm not really sure where to put this rant, but since I figured this was an open forum I'd air out my gripe. If this makes it to one of the sysadmins, then GREAT! I just think searching should be WAY more flexible. Granted, if it's TOO flexible then it's too slow. But even for synonyms that's not all that hard to code.
