netstuffers Administrator Posts: 239 9/19/2016	netstuffers Administrator Posts: 239 Greetings! As you may have noticed, this past weekend we struggled with some issues with our cover scans. Without getting too deep into technical jargon, there was an issue with our third-party image host related to an update they made which unfortunately borked our images. We have that all patched up, and have their assurances that we're sailing forward. Thanks to all who wrote in to alert us to the outage. We're a small team, but we value and read all messages you send us and they are often helpful for us to fix the problems on the site when they (unfortunately) do occur. We're also working to improve our communication processes and bring aboard new moderators and administrators who can help assist us with staying in touch with the community. We do not treat your decision to support us lightly, and work tirelessly around the clock to try to improve the site and provide you with the best comic experience possible, but we recognize that sometimes leaves very little time for us to communicate on the forums.
