This is incorrect information. These are the 2nd versions of Cottonmouth and Diamondback.
As is stated, this Diamondback is a woman. Not the character in the TV show. 1st Diamondback is (Luke Cage) Hero for Hire #1. http://screencrush.com/luke-cage-set-photo-diamondback-erik-laray/
This issue is the 2nd Cottonmouth, Burchell Clemens. The Cottonmouth from the TV show is Cornell Stokes, http://deadline.com/2015/09/marvels-luke-cage-cast-cottonmouth-mahershala-ali-netflix-1201513888/
1st appearance is (Luke Cage) Power Man #19.

Thank you! You beat me too it.
Just discovered the Captain America error, and wanted to find out how to fix it. Not sure if that accounts for the value increase, or just because it's the first appearence of the Serpent Society.
