Under POW! (United Kingdom) No pictures for them but I'm sure the one your after is in the list.

You can scan the cover, Crop it then save to your documents. Then click on the issue number your after, Then you can click on Contribute Scan icon to upload it &/or any others for that matter.

I still can't find this, I checked under 'hard cover' because it's the annual -but there were only 2 annuals: 1969 and 1971, I own the 1970 annual.

Ah! No worries, Then it is missing. Has to be entered between '69 - '71 (Hard Cover annuals)
The CPG staff will have to enter it for you.
