i am trying to find out some info on this title. i know it was only copy published ever! i can not find a value or how many issues were circulated in july of 1968.if anyone has info on it please help and thanks

It's a reprint by Eerie Mag.

Could not find anything in the CPG database, it may be worth around $60 in NM (9.4). That's how much all the other Eerie reprints are worth from around that time.

Please add a picture - be very careful on these - a lot of comic and magazines in the late 1960's and into the 1970's were reprints of 1950's stuff. Marvel did a sereis on "Where Monsters Dwell" - just a 1950's rerpint back from when there were (gasp!) no super-hero comics.
Just seach "Crypt" and you get 34 titles - several with the "Tales from the Crypt" title.
