can collection data be exported into a CSV or excel file as a backup?
if I purchase a Gold account and then cancel, what happens to my data?

Yes. When logged in, click "My Comic Collection" and on that page you'll see a list of your publishers. Click the download link next to the publisher to download all of your collection within that publisher.
We do not have a full collection download yet, so you would need to do this for each publisher.

Hey!
I just did this (on a PC) to make sure it works:
1) Click the My Comic Boxes on the toolbar tab
2) Select the box that you wish to "export" (down arrow on the left)
3) Select Print
4) Don't print it but, convert it to a PDF. I used Adobe.
