It's under the green 'Create a new box' button. Click it and you'll get a page to fill in as much info as you can. if you provide pics, MAKE SURE they're not pre-production pics like Previews often has, which apparently CPG used for the #1 pics. So I attached pics of all 4 issues for you and them to use.
