Hello.
I was trying to upload a variant cover to the site and it keeps telling me "the input string is incorrect". I know the size was correct and it is a jpg. What else do I need to do? I tried dropping it and using the upload option.

this has been asked a few times by 54lisa05, and never answered by CPG that I see (I have tried tho). could be multiple reasons. one 'usual' reason can be that the pic file name has a blank space in it, or some special character that CPG software doesn't allow or recognize. can you attach the image to your post that you're trying to upload? maybe someone can figure it out from that.

There are a couple of things that could cause this.
1. Type - .jpg .png and .gif
2. Size - 5MB max limit
3. Dimensions - Less than 1.2k for the largest side
If changing that doesn't work please send me an email with the scan.
