I think I found it online, it's called Perf and Gauge and something else I can't make out due to the weird font. pic attached, so is that it? comicvine says creators are Janet L. ruk Posts: 897 9/26/2023	ruk Posts: 897 It is a comic book done by Canada Post Oct. 1995 pushing the purchase of Super Heroes First day covers I also collect stamps- Stamps featured Superman-Fleur de Lys- Captain Canuck- Helvana and Johnny Canuck Stamps were 45 Cents-Canadian--The picture is correct.
