BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE THIS ISSUE FOR SOME TIME AND IVE FOUND A FEW BUT HAVE TORN COVERS OR IN POOR SHAPE. WHAT MAKES THIS ISSUE SO HTF?

2nd prints have the title in purple vs white according to comics.org pics, https://www.comics.org/issue/926064/cover/4/ , so I see only two actual raw 2nd prints on U.S. e*** at the moment, neither are noted as NM. The others say 2nd print but have the white titles. There's several sold copies in Jan & Dec tho (big range of prices too), so they're there regularly.
CPG's pic of the 2nd print is wrong too, it shows the same white title 1st print. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman/500-2nd/pbyrns . attached correct pic.

Correct and one raw just sold for 46.01, cause I lost on the bid by a dollar!!!
