This comic is from NYCC 2022, The Comic Mint Exclusive of 300 copies. It does not appear in the database as I could find. From looking inside, this is one of three covers so far. This being the third.

it's hard to keep up with all the convention special issues, so it's good when members like you post them here. I forgot to mention this in my other reply, but read this post and supply whatever info you can for missing issues, it saves CPG lots of time looking stuff up: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic8-guidelines--please-read-before-posting.aspx
