I have a Mirage Studios presents... Gobbledygook #1 that was signed by Kevin Eastman back in the day. Any one have ideas on price?

A graded 9.8 sold on eBay in Nov for $370.00
A graded 9.8 sold on eBay in Dec for $105.00
Could not find any ungraded sold signed copies. Unsigned went for between $10-20.
Big gap. So pretty much it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
if you do get it graded, you might want to use CBCS. CGC will not verify the sig, they'll just note that there is marker on the cover.
