pretty sure these are recent-ish reprints. And that's Action Comics #380, not Superman 380. Don't know if that seller reads Arabic, but you could ask him, and see if he can see any dates in the indicia.

Foreign comic collectors have a tendency to refer to dates on the American printings when they are commenting on foreign language reprinted comics that were published much later.
It's one of the reasons I don't post in forums dedicated to foreign comics.
