Sunfire & Big Hero 6 #1 is the first appearance of Big Hero 6 NOT Alpha Flight #17 second series
The limited series came out in September-November 1998
Alpha Flight #17 was December 1998 so it's NOT the first appearance and the price should be dropped on Alpha Flight #12 and the Sunfire & Big Hero 6 #1 price should be raised because it is the first appearance...

The price on Alpha Flight is pretty close with the past sales online but your right the price on Sunfire & Big Hero 6 should be much higher and like you mentioned it appears to be the actual first appearance of Big Hero 6.
