Great write up!! There is also a drive for Masters of the Universe #1 Gold Foil Cover from Image in 2002 due to the Invincible preview that's in it. With the Invincible show out now it seems like more and more people are causing the price to increase on it as well.

Warlord 63 also has the 16 page preview which wasn't on your list. I picked it up awhile back and was happy I did. Do issues with series previews normally count as an important appearance or worth looking for? Thanks...
