So James Tynion IV is creating yet another new female villain character.
Her name is Miracle Molly.
She's going to have a cameo in Batman 106.
First full appearance (and cover) is Batman 108. That Artgerm variant looks pretty sweet and the 1:25 Federici sketch variant is just stunning.

Same. Not sure if she'll be as big a hit as Punchline. Not really feeling the 80's look, but to each their own.
