Is there a way to show in my database (besides notes) to add various different graded labels of books?

I'm not really sure what you mean by "various different graded labels".
If you mean, can you change the grade of a book in your collection? The answer is yes.
If you mean, can you have multiple issues of the same book with different grades? The answer is yes.
If you mean, can you designate a book as graded? The answer is yes
If you mean, can you show a restored/signed/regular graded issue in your collection? Besides notes, no.

I was trying to say that I have some graded books from different companies and different labeling. For example CBCS verified(Red), CGC restored (purple) and CGC qualified (Green). Is there a way for me to show this in my database or just have to add them as graded and add notes to the book(s).
I believe your last sentence was what I was asking.

So the best option is to show them as graded and then add notes about those books. We don't have the verified, restored and qualified options.
