Recently, I've caught two Bronze members sending out tons of messages on the site to sell books. While it's not specifically wrong, it's a nuisance to our members. They were both new members who joined and immediately started messaging people. The newness of their accounts is a warning sign to us. If you receive a message from a new member please let us know. We haven't determined if this is a potential scam or if these people are aggressive sellers. We are trying to err on the side of safety.
One of our goals is to create a safe environment for buying and selling on the site so we take this seriously.
