These issues are going up and they are going for more than book (almost twice) and that What If comic is a parody not the REAL first appearance of Yellow Hulk
#9 Cameo
#10 Full Appearance
And why do these Marvel books have IDW's stamp on them??

I don't follow modern comics, but I thought they were only publishing the comics aimed at young children.
