You have a silver membership which allows you to enter 300 books. Your collection currently has more than that. The Gold membership is unlimited and only $50/year or less than a $1/week.

I see, I didn't understand this at first. Could I get a refund for the silver membership I purchased? I've decided not to use the product.

I see that I was refunded $25.17. Much appreciated. However, I paid 30.17 as you can see in the screenshot here: https://imgur.com/SFE6zpv. Not to make a stink over $5 though. Thank you either way.

You had two separate transactions. The first was for silver monthly at $5 and the second was the prorated amount for the silver yearly at $25. I've refunded both charges.
Your account will only show 50 books now since you are a bronze member.
