I was thinking we should have some way of sharing lists of problem sellers on eBay. I am dealing with a seller that has repeatedly cancelled paid auctions and relisted the same item...

If for a long time (several days) the seller from whom you purchased the goods does not respond, you can request his phone number and mailing address:
- Click on the Advanced link located to the right of the eBay search field
- Select Search for contact information in the left menu
- Enter the seller’s login and a unique product number
The seller will receive a notification about the request for his contact details and at the same time will receive your contact details (phone and mailing address). Both seller and buyer are required to provide accurate contact information in order to avoid violation of the Policy regarding false or missing contact information.
If you still could not contact the seller, read the eBay Money Back Guarantee rules.
