"I was at Target on Friday evening when I happened across a display, near the Funko products adjacent to the TV and Movies in my local store, for a previously-unannounced Batman: The Caped Crusader 100-Page Giant."
but it may depend on each Target store, so could be anywhere, like with the Walmart ones. Apparently DC released this with no publicity, but I doubt by now any Targets still have any, but ya never know.
