I get reminder to update. I go in and submit same CC with new date. won't take it.
try different CC, same issue.

I retried this morning and exp. date needs complete year. thanks for the response.

I had this same problem - thanks for posting this. Fixed it for me as well.

If anyone has trouble with your subscription the first thing to do is to reenter the year. Don't assume that your cc has insufficient funds or that we hate you.  Hopefully neither is true.
Some systems use 02/23 for February 2023
Our system uses the full year. So 02/2023 for February 2023. 99% of the time, this is the issue if you have trouble with your cc subscription.
