"Yesterday" is a pleasant movie about a guy suddenly finding he is in a world that has never heard of The Beatles, the legendary rock group from the 60s. As his musical career is floundering he decides to incorporate the now unheard of songs of The Beatles into his new repertoire and he is rapidly ascending as the hot new artist in this world without the Beatles. Really, how can this movie not be successful. Almost the whole soundtrack is made up of Beatles songs. The only hitch to the success of this movie is that apparently there has been a French comic book out for about 10 years, also called "Yesterday" which has a very similar plot. It ought to be interesting when the lawyers get ahold of this information.

I had the choice of this movie or Spider-Man: Far from Home. I saw the Spider-man movie.
