I have a Marvel Comic Book that says on front MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS WEAPON X ISSUE 73 1991 I cannot seem to find it this data base.

The title of that series is just Marvel Comics Presents. Typically, the character named on the front is the main featured character of that particular issue. You can find it here:
