This is all leading up to the Red Goblin appearance in # 800. Marvel has been slow boating it to that issue, but in issue number 795 it shows Norman Osborn interacting with a piece of Carnage which is probably the Red of the Red Goblin coming up in the future.
The new Daredevil sold out as well as it introduces a new wacked-out villain called Muse.

I heard a similar thing so I paged through Amazing 795 and saw that page. Norman Osborn and Carnage...yeah, that's ugly.

I saw a couple days ago on our site that the common issue of 795 was going for $15 and the variant for 17 of Amazing Spider-Man.

There is some speculation going on with this book. If Marvel makes Red Goblin more than a single story, it could take off in value. I know one shop in Indy sold out but I haven't checked the other stores.
A friend of mine recently said if Carnage and Norman Osborn mixed isn't that still Carnage? Logic.

Now even the second prints are going crazy and they are not even out on the shelves yet.
