I can't find how to add a comic to a box. I used to be able to and now there is no option or I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just go to any of your comics and click on "Edit" (green box) and you'll see the add to a box option  Plus on the right side of any comic page, there is a toolbar to add any book to your collection and put it in any box.
