Haven't seen anything on these two shows, but does anyone else thin they fail to live up to the true potential? I mean the Inhuman's is god awful and the gifted is just weak. I know that the superhero show is a hot property today for networks and livestream channels but no effort seems to go into these shows. They idea of selling this to teens who are not even fans is not a good formula. Would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts on this.

Inhumans is horrible. The characters have been wandering around in the woods. Black Bolt can't talk without destroying anything. Medusa lost her abilities. Triton showed up for about 5 minutes in a rubber suit. Gorgon does an occasional stomp. Karnak has his abilities impaired, so his his only notable superpower is getting laid by some attractive girl that he's just met.
The Gifted is just more rehash of mutants being stalked as villains. Most of the shows are implausible characters that are boring.

Both shows are horrible, for different reasons. Inhumans just completely missed the mark and seems silly. Lot of money wasted on that one! The Gifted had potential for good stories and display of powers, but it just looks like another excuse to get more good looking people on TV. The Runaways on Hulu is a little cheesy, but way more watchable than The Gifted.
