Hi everyone,
I'm very new to the site and comic collected in general. I'm a huge Batman fan and saw this comic listed on here with a graded value of $1,050. I've seen multiple copies on EBay that are CGC and CBCS graded 9.8 that are selling for under $200. Does anyone know if that is the actual value? Sorry If this is a simple question.

..See if ya can find the new overstreet price guide that came out this month to see what it says ...but a 94. graded on here says 200 so it may be a good deal ...looks like a hard to find book also ..I am by far no batman pro on this but thats my insight
