Discuss comic grading and how to evaluate books

I'm pretty accurante grading comics normally but I'm really stuck on this one.
The front cover has a slight browning line down it.
The pages are white.
Could anyone help me on this? I'm not selling it, its just for me as I believe this comic has already started climbing in value due to the Marvel Movies and Warlock being rumoured to be in the next Avengers films.

Lower-right corner piece out. (This one really hurts it.)
Upper-Right small corner crease.
Top edge slight abrasion.
Miswrap very noticeable.
Unobtrusive sun shadow on back cover.
I'd say due to the low number of defects, despite that corner piece out, it would get an 8.0 because the other defects aren't very severe.

Thanks. Very informative I thought I was looking at a 7 so not as bad as I thought although would have preferred higher. haha. Cheers for that

Very fine minus is as high as I would go for that book.
